Now We're Talking with Art Colouring Competition

As part of the campaign, we are asking residents within Herefordshire and Worcestershire to have a go at the below mindfulness colouring sheets and send them in to us for a chance to have it displayed in the outdoor art trails being held across the county including Worcester City in May and Redditch in July.

You don’t need any previous experience. All you need to do to get involved is print off the A4 sheet below and colour it using whatever resources you have for example pens, pencils, crayons or collages.

There are two entries, one for adults and one for children aged under 12 years old, and the winner from each category will be picked by a panel of local artists, staff and the public.

Please send us a picture of your entries, along with your name (and age if you are entering the child competition) by 9th April to whcnhs.communityengagement@nhs.net
