Doing weekly art based activities can decrease in feelings of anxiety and depression and give you a sense of engagement and social inclusion. Below you will find a selection of art based resources kindly donated by local artists and community groups to help keep your mind healthy. We have something for everyone, at all levels and expertise so try something new today from collage and painting, to colouring sheets and drumming.
Don't forget to show us your work - use #NowWereTalking on social media or email us.
As part of the campaign, we are asking residents within Herefordshire and Worcestershire to have a go at the below mindfulness colouring sheets and send them in to us for a chance to have it displayed in the outdoor art trails being held across the county including Worcester City in May and Redditch in July.
You don’t need any previous experience. All you need to do to get involved is print off the A4 sheet below and colour it using whatever resources you have for example pens, pencils, crayons or collages.
There are two entries, one for adults and one for children aged under 12 years old, and the winner from each category will be picked by a panel of local artists, staff and the public.
Please send us a picture of your entries, along with your name (and age if you are entering the child competition) by 9th April to firstname.lastname@example.org
