Excessive Worry

Everyone has feeling of worry at some point in in their life – for example, you may feel worried about sitting an exam, or having medical test or job interview. During times like these it is perfectly normal to feel worried. But some people find it hard to control their worries. Their feelings of worry are more constant and can often affect their daily lives. You may find that the worry has caused you to become anxious.
