SilverCloud is an exciting online therapy programme proven to help manage stress, anxiety and depression. You work through a series of topics selected by a therapist to address specific needs. The eight-week course is designed to be completed in your own time and at your own pace.
SilverCloud uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help you change the way you think and feel about things. The course features videos, activities, quizzes, audio guides and your own online journal.
SilverCloud - COVID Support
Working with SilverCloud to offer a dedicated selection of online therapy modules to help people over the age of 16 reduce stress, anxiety and increase resilience as a result of COVID-19.
Note: you will need to enter one of the following codes: HEREFORDSHIRE or WORCESTERSHIRE to access the modules.
SilverCloud Guided Self-Help
There are range of programmes you can access, including; extra activities, ideas from mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy.
SilverCloud programmes takes approximately 6-8 weeks to complete and each weekly session takes around 40 minutes.
All you need is access to the internet and sound on a computer, tablet or mobile. The programme is flexible; so you can use it anytime, anyplace, and anywhere.
You will be supported on the programme by a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner (PWP), who will provide ongoing support via email or phone in a proven approach called ‘Guided Self-Help’
